Gourmet Lady Blog

Attention locals and visitors:  now open next door to Gourmet Lady & The Wine Place is "Cheese and Crackers."  The carry, as you might imagine, cheese and crackers -- and much more.  They feature primarily Northwest cheeses, and bake home-made crackers.  There is also light food such as soup, individual pizzas, baked goods, and coffee.  The owners are Karen and Todd Moyer.  Open hours are Thursday thru Sunday, 11-5.  I'm so pleased to welcome them to the complex.  Please come visit them!  And yes, you can get food from their shop, get wine from The Wine Place, and enjoy the upstairs seating here.  I've put my library of food & wine magazines upstairs, and unlike the dentist office, you can feel free to rip out pages where a recipe looks good -- as long as you bring me a sample!
