For those of you reading your current Oprah magazine, there's a wonderful looking recipe for lemon curd cheesecake.  The end result sounds delicious but perhaps a bit labor intensive by the time you make home-made lemon curd.  So, please!  Order the lemon curd here, make the cheesecake, and bring me a piece!  You can also try one of the other curds:  orange curd with ginger would be lovely.
