Today I was working with a new helper in the shop, who asked about the Tea Forte products.  Tea Forte is beautifully packaged -- a silk infuser teabag with a darling set of tea trays to set the teabags in.  "What's so special about this product?  Why do people like it so much?"  I looked at her and said simply, "It's pretty, and it tastes good."  It's a very popular product in the store and on the website.  It makes a perfect hostess gift.  Later on, I watched a customer ask the clerk, "tell me about this product."  She smiled.  "It's pretty, and it tastes good."
