Credit Cards: What if I don’t want to enter my credit card on line?
Although we use a secure on-line ordering system, we understand some customers prefer not to enter credit card information on line. In this case, you may call the shop to place your order. Please note we are a small shop and if we are helping customers you may need to leave your phone number on voice mail for a return call. Whether you place your order on line or via the phone, once your order has been charged to your credit card, the information is destroyed.

Gift Wrapping: Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes. Please select the gift wrapping option you desire on the last page of checkout. There is a fee for gift wrapping. We are happy to include a gift message with your order whether or not you select the gift wrap feature.

Hours: When is the shop open?
The Gourmet Lady is open Thursday through Sunday, 11am-5pm.  On Mon-Tues-Wed, we are "open by chance" -- just look for the neon open sign or call 541-547-5275.  The store will be closed for vacation from Nov 10-18 (but WILL be open on Saturday, Nov. 15 for wine tasting).  We resume winter hours on Thurs, Nov. 20.

Location: Where is the shop located?
The Gourmet Lady is located at 373 Highway 101 N in Yachats, Oregon. At the corner for 4th Street, look for the bright pink banners.

Mail Order Catalog: Do you have a mail order catalog?
Not yet. It will be ready in 2005. Until then, we are happy to take your order by phone 541-547-5252.

Ownership: Who owns Gourmet Lady?
The Gourmet Lady is a minority, woman-owned business.

Recycling: What is your policy about recycling?
The Gourmet Lady believes in reusing cardboard boxes and packaging material such as Styrofoam “peanuts” and bubble wrap. The Gourmet Lady does not reuse any packaging material which has contained strongly aromatic products, such as garlic. Cardboard and paper which cannot be reused are recycled.

Shipping: How will I receive my order?
We use UPS ground service. You may select 2nd day service for an additional fee. If you desire overnight service, which we cannot guarantee, please call the shop at 541-547-5252 to inquire.

Shipping: Where do you ship?
Orders are shipped within United States only. Sorry, international shipping is not available.
