Chewy Ginger Snaps Ingredients: Ginger fans will love these deliciously chewy ginger snaps. Tested and tasted, these are the best snaps of all! Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine softened butter, sugar, molasses and egg. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to wet mixture. Mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Form 1 inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar.
