Grilled Chicken with Ginger Lime Marinade Ingredients: Serve chicken with steamed rice to soak up this delicious sauce. Instructions: Whisk first two ingredients together until blended. Pour into an 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish. Add chicken and onion. Cover and let marinate at room temperature 1 hour or refrigerate up to 3 hours, turning chicken occasionally. Preheat barbecue or broiler. Remove chicken from marinade. Strain marinade into a medium saucepan; add broth. Boil until sauce coats spoon, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, lightly coat chicken with oil.
