Fruits and Vegetables with Dipping Sauce

1 cup celery stalks, halved and sliced into 4" pieces
1 cup red, orange and/or red bell peppers sliced lengthwise into 1/4" strips
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced into 1/4" wedges
1 Bosc or Asian pear, cored and sliced into 1/4" wedges
1 bunch scallions, ends trimmed and halved lengthwise
1 cup carrots, halved and sliced into 4" pieces
1 medium jicama, peeled and sliced into 1/4" strips
1/4 cup apple juice
Savory Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup Rosemary Garlic Peanut Better
4 oz. fat free cream cheese
4 tablespoons apple juice

Toss apple and pear slices with apple juice. Attractively arrange fruits and vegetables on a serving platter, cover and chill in refrigerator about 20 minutes.

While fruits and vegetables are chilling, make Savory Dipping Sauce:
Combine peanut butter, cream cheese and apple juice in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth; chill in refrigerator 15 minutes. Serve with fresh fruits and vegetables.
