Rosemary Garlic Peanut Better Soup 2 tablespoons
olive oil In medium sauce pan, saute garlic and celery in olive oil over medium heat until translucent, about five minutes. Stir in flour and mix until well blended. Slowly stir in chicken broth and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and strain. Return strained liquid to heat and stir in Peanut Better, sherry, and rosemary.
