Rosemary Garlic Peanut Better Soup

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons flour
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup Rosemary Garlic Peanut Better
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

In medium sauce pan, saute garlic and celery in olive oil over medium heat until translucent, about five minutes. Stir in flour and mix until well blended. Slowly stir in chicken broth and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and strain. Return strained liquid to heat and stir in Peanut Better, sherry, and rosemary. Simmer until heated through, add salt and pepper to taste and serve. Makes 4 servings.
