Rib Eye Steaks with Spicy Peanut Better and Onions

4 x 8-12 oz fresh rib eye steaks, trimmed
2 large sweet onions, cleaned and cut into 1/4 " slices
1/3 cup Spicy Southwestern Peanut Better
2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Kosher (coarse) salt
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Combine the Peanut Better and 1/3 cup of the olive oil, blending until well mixed. Place steaks in a pan, and pour the mixture over them. Turn steaks to coat, and sprinkle evenly with salt. Let steaks marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature. Grill steaks, brushing with marinade, to desired doneness. While steaks are grilling, heat the remaining 1/3 cup olive oil and saute the onions over moderate heat until they begin to turn golden, about five minutes. Remove from heat, draining any remaining oil with paper towels and toss with cayenne pepper. Serve steaks hot off the grill, with spicy onions mounded on top.
